This is a place that keep a dead body of the first governor of Pattani who was the Muslim. "King Indira" was the son of "King Sri Wangsa", ruler of the Kotam Likhai city (Yarang Ancient city at present). After the new city of Pattani was built at Krue Sebana, "King Inthira" became the governor of Pattani between year 1500-1530. He established Pattani City to be "Pattani Darul Salam state" and developed the state to be a strong state. The first cannons were bulit to defenses the state like other big states in that era. During the "King Inthira" reign, Pattani state was well-known as a trading hub and a center of Islam religion. Pattani state also had a good relationship with Siam. There were merchants from various nations came to trade in Pattani state.The first Western nation that came to trade here was the Portuguese, and there were Asians such as Chinese, Japanese, Siamese and other from Malay cities. "King Indira" died in 1530, his body was buried at the Marhome Cemetery, Ban Pare. A stone over the tomb is carved sandstone adorned with his wife's body in the same place.
